Welcome to DealOye PK! The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to DealOye PK. DealOye PK operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). DealOye PK is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
The below terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these "Terms of Service" or "Terms") describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully, as they include important information about your legal rights and cover areas such as warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability.
By visiting, interacting with, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service or Privacy Policy, you should not use or access our Services.

We have made every effort to provide an accurate representation of our products in our online store. However, colors or product appearance may differ from how they appear on your screen due to your device and its settings.
All descriptions of products are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and may limit quantities offered to any person or region.
Section 3 – Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase, and you confirm that the information provided (name, address, contact number) is accurate. DealOye PK reserves the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order at its discretion, including due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. Your order is not accepted until we confirm it. We will attempt to notify you by phone or email if we are unable to accept, change, or cancel your order.
Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.
Section 4 – Prices and Payment
All prices are listed in PKR and are subject to change without prior notice. We make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy but are not liable for typographical or pricing errors. Posted prices do not include delivery or other charges unless stated.
We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only. Full payment is due to the courier upon delivery.
Section 5 – Shipping and Delivery
Orders are delivered nationwide within 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or location. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our control.
Section 6 – Intellectual Property
Our Services, including all trademarks, text, images, graphics, product descriptions, and the design and arrangement thereof, are owned by DealOye PK, its affiliates or licensors, and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
These Terms permit you to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, or otherwise use any material on the Services without our prior written consent. DealOye PK's name, logo, and slogans are trademarks of DealOye PK and must not be used without written permission.

DealOye PK is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with DealOye PK. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and DealOye PK, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products.
Section 10 – Privacy Policy
All personal information we collect through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, Shopify also collects and processes personal information about your access to and use of the Services. Please review our Privacy Policy for more details.

If you submit any ideas, suggestions, or feedback, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use it for any purpose, including commercial use. We are under no obligation to keep feedback confidential, pay for it, or respond to it.

Occasionally there may be typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, or availability. We reserve the right to correct such errors and to cancel orders based on inaccurate information, even after an order has been submitted.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DealOye PK, Shopify, and our affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, violation of any law or third-party rights, or your use of the Services.

If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
Section 20 – Waiver; Entire Agreement
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not waive that right. These Terms, together with any policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and DealOye PK regarding the Services.
Section 21 – Assignment
You may not transfer or assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
Section 22 – Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Punjab.
Section 23 – Headings
Headings are included for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of these Terms.
Section 24 – Changes to Terms of Service
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time by posting changes to our website. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
